JAY JOINER [ Vice President of Operations ]

Jay has a B.S. degree in Business from the University of Alabama. During college, Jay spent some time working construction in the summers. He developed an interest in construction that kept tempting him to make a career change during his first 12 years out of college working with two fortune 50 companies. In 1999 he decided to stop traveling the country and pursue his passion of construction and started a small residential remodeling company. After four years of residential work, his desire to step up to the commercial side of construction brought him to IKON. Since joining IKON in April of 2004, he has managed dozens of various construction projects. In July of 2008 he agreed to take the role of VP of Operations. This role was created to assist the President with day to day operations so that the President could focus on company growth and business development. He balances work with coaching and attending the sporting events of his three children, in addition to hunting, fishing, golf and tennis.
