Billy Hughes is a Project Manager for IKON Construction, Inc. Billy is a second generation general contractor with over 25 years experience in commercial construction, industrial construction and/or land development. He attended the University of Alabama from 1983 to 1986 prior to transferring to Austin Peay State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1987. While attending Austin Peay State University, Billy was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He has 16 years owning and operating construction businesses in the Clarksville, TN / Fort Campbell, KY area prior to becoming Senior Project Manager / Estimator for Grade L.L.C. / Grade Utilities L.L.C. Some of his highlighted projects include the Gate 3 and Gate 7 Access Point Renovations at Fort Campbell, KY and the River District Streetscape in Clarksville, TN. In his spare time, Billy enjoys spending time with his 10 year old son Hunter, his soon to be bride Tammy Milam and her kids Rush, Kolt and Arie. He is a member of Biker's Who Care and serves on the board for Clarksville National Little League. When time allows, you will find Billy and his kids in the woods hunting or on the football and baseball fields where he coaches their teams.
