Tennessee Rural Health (TRH) Data Center

This project is a new ground-up 12,500 s.f. Office Building/Data Center to be constructed on the newly acquired west site adjacent to the TRH Satellite Building on James Campbell Boulevard, Columbia, TN. The new building shall consist of an approximate  3,500 s.f. reinforced concrete semi-subterranean "bunker style" fully functional Data Center with a 1,500 s.f. support and access area. The remaining 7,500 s.f. shall be constructed using a conventional structural steel framing and roof deck system. Within the remaining space shall be  4,200 s.f. of finished office space and 3,210 s.f. for future expansion. Storefronts and finishes.
