David LeFeve, President

David LeFeve, President of IKON Construction, Inc., founded the company in 1999. With an A.E.T. degree in Civil Engineering and active in commercial construction in Nashville since 1985, David has managed a wide range of construction projects, including ground-up, multi-story office buildings, churches, schools, shopping centers, restaurants, industrial facilities and warehouses, as well as renovatiing manufacturing plants, hospitals, car dealerships, malls and retail stores. In addition, he has been involved with over 2.5 million square feet of interior tenant build-out and renovation. David and his wife, Angie, have four sons and are active in various church/school activities and charities. His hobbies include golf, fishing, travel with his wife, and most anything that involves spending time with his sons.
 

Steve Johnson, Controller

Steve Johnson is IKON Construction, Inc.'s Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He's been with IKON since December 2002. He is a 1989 graduate of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee where he received his B.S. in Accounting. Steve has over 10 years experience in accounting along with 3 years experience owning and operating his own business. He is married to the former Jill Sutton of Nashville and stays busy with his wife raising their two children, Preston and Paige. The Johnsons are active members of Saint Matthew Church and School in Franklin, Tennessee.
 

Todd Morrow, Senior Construction Manager

Todd Morrow is a Senior Construction Manager for IKON Construction Inc. Todd has a bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky and has spent the past 18 years in the construction industry. After graduation, he worked for a local residential contractor managing the development and construction of several subdivisions. In 1998, he moved to Nashville to pursue a career in commercial construction. He is married to the former Christine Caughron of Nashville and has two daughters, Brooke and Mason. The Morrows are members of Saint Henry Church and School in Nashville. His interests include hunting and fishing, as well as coaching his daughters' softball team.
 

James Charron, Construction Manager

James Charron is a Construction Manager for IKON Construction, Inc. James has a bachelor's degree from Auburn University in Building Construction and has been active in commercial, industrial and institutional construction in Nashville and across the United States since 1984. These projects include ground-up warehouses, truck terminals, sports facilities, schools, churches, office buildings, medical office buildings, hospitals, electrical substations, and parking structures, as well as, many types of renovation projects. James and his wife Donna have four sons and five grandchildren. In his leisure time, James enjoys working with several charities, the Boy Scouts, his church, reading, sports, working on the family farm and spending time with Donna and their sons and grandchildren.
