 Under construction is a now a new 24,800 square foot "three story" conditioned mini-warehouse storage facility. Special features include; Geo-Thermal HVAC system, 4,500 LB/capacity elevator, fire suppression system and underground water retention. This building is conditioned with geo-thermal conditioning. Exterior features include brick veneer, decorative structural canopies, standing seam metal roof, decorative tube steel panels, exterior lighting, concrete paving and landscaping. The facility has a total of 175 storage units.
