Design|BuildIKON Construction provides single source design|build project delivery services for a broad range of projects. IKON is unique in that it does not rely soley on in-house design services. Rather, we team with one or more members of a trusted group of independent design consultants – usually selected in conjunction with the client – to assure that we are utilizing the firm with the best design knowledge and fit for the client's needs. As a collaborating member of the design|build team, we bring many of the same objectives and values to the process as we do when serving as a Construction Manager – providing an open, fully collaborative dialog between each owner/client and the design group. Because of our unique approach, we have a direct relationship with the design consultant, providing each client with a single point of contact regarding overall work progress, and accountability for incremental achievement of the project objectives.
